In addition to bread and fresh croissants, a truly delicious breakfast should include Isabella's gluten-free brioche. These lactose- and yeast-free delicacies are ideal for a sweet tooth.

4 raisin quark rolls

When it comes to raisins, opinions differ: However, we're definitely part of the "raisin lovers" team, and therefore can't resist our moist, gluten-free raisin quark rolls. The light, sweet quark dough is enhanced with sun-ripened raisins, making it perfect for breakfast or as a snack.

2 cinnamon rolls

Cinnamony, moist, and simply incomparably delicious! Our cinnamon rolls have received another major upgrade and are now completely vegan! Of course, they're still in no way inferior to typical American cinnamon rolls, with plenty of cinnamon and a light and airy yeast dough making them the perfect snack.

Apricot-pistachio crumble

Do you love pistachios? Do you like something fruity and fresh? And do you also like a soft crumble? Then don't miss Isabella's vegan crumb cake. It's refined with a hint of marzipan and perfect for your next coffee date with family or friends.

2 croissants

Our vegan croissants are made with our own flour blend—a combination of potato starch, rice flour, wholemeal millet flour, tapioca starch, and psyllium husks, all blended by Isabella herself. It's precisely this blend that makes these little vegan croissants so light and airy.
