Please use the following form if you wish to revoke the purchase of a returnable item, in particular an unredeemed gift voucher.
Please note: In accordance with Section 312g (2) nos. 1 and 2 of the German Civil Code (BGB), there is no right of withdrawal for perishable goods or for goods made to customer specifications. This particularly applies to our fresh baked goods, cakes, patisserie products, and other perishable food items.
Information on the right of withdrawal
There is no right of withdrawal for perishable goods. This applies in particular to fresh baked goods, cakes, patisserie products, and other food items with a short shelf life.
A right of withdrawal applies to gift vouchers, provided that the voucher has not yet been redeemed. The withdrawal can be made within 14 days without providing any reason.
For complaints regarding delivered goods, please check your delivery immediately upon receipt. Complaints must be reported promptly, no later than 24 hours after receipt, by email or telephone.
