We offer you a rich, gluten-free breakfast in many variations: choose according to your taste from a classic, vegetarian, or vegan breakfast with a selection of our homemade gluten-free organic breads and rolls. In addition, you have a large selection of hot drinks, from organic coffee specialties with various types of milk to hot chocolate and organic teas. For fans of the French breakfast style, there are also gluten-free croissants, brioches, chocolate rolls, and raisin rolls.
Creamy fruit bowls, smoothies, and various homemade granolas—whether with organic natural yogurt or vegan with soy yogurt—are also available. Feel free to take a look at our menu here.

Certified gluten-free
In our bakery, we bake exclusively gluten-free. All raw materials are checked against specifications according to legal requirements for "gluten-free" status before they are processed by us. However, we want to offer you even more. That is why we also bake cakes and pastries for you that are lactose-free, dairy-free, or vegan. Among our gluten-free pastries and cakes, you will even find some with no added sugar. All our products are contamination-free, as we produce exclusively gluten-free products.
Vegan & classic macarons – made with love
A colorful selection of macarons, which we make without artificial coloring and fill with the finest ganache, has long been one of our guests' favorite products. Vegan macarons in rotating flavors are also included.

In addition to gluten-free cookies, pastries, and granolas, the finest gluten-free, vegan chocolates also await you.
