We pre-bake our breads, rolls and selected sweet pastries in our bakery, carefully package them in a modified atmosphere, and ship them directly to your home.
You handle the final step yourself: a few minutes in the oven – and you can enjoy warm, aromatic gluten-free baked goods almost as if they were fresh from the bakery.

What does "packaged in a protective atmosphere" mean?
With this type of packaging, part of the normal air in the package is removed and replaced by a food-grade protective atmosphere. The package is then securely sealed.
This packaging protects the product from external influences, reduces contact with oxygen and helps to maintain quality as best as possible until opened.
Important: The protective atmosphere is not a preservative and not an ingredient. It does not change the recipe and is not added to the pastry itself. It is only inside the sealed package and helps protect the product during storage and shipping.

Selected sweet pastries unfold their best flavor after being briefly finished in the oven.
Ready-baked products
Cookies, muffins and other ready-baked products can be enjoyed immediately upon receipt, unless otherwise indicated on the packaging.
Storing & Finishing
Please store the sealed packaging away from sunlight and heat at room temperature (max. 20 °C). With proper storage, the product can be used until the specified best-before date.
Once opened, the protective atmosphere is no longer present. Therefore, re-seal the product well and consume it promptly.
Breads, rolls and pastries intended for finishing are best prepared according to the instructions on the packaging. Time and temperature may vary depending on the product.

No. The product is already pre-baked. At home, it only needs to be finished or warmed up according to the instructions on the packaging.
