The gluten-free flour blend for pastries is perfect for delicious batters, biscuits, or shortcrust pastries, making gluten-free baking a true experience. It consists of rice flour, potato starch, tapioca starch, and xanthan gum, and has been perfectly blended over the years to ensure every recipe is a success. Have you been impressed by our gluten-free biscuits? Then why not try them yourself and get Isabella's gluten-free cake flour straight home—and a pack of gluten-free Tea Time Biscuits to go with it, too.
