Oat milk, gluten-free

Oat milk, commonly referred to commercially as oat drink or oat beverage, is a milk alternative suitable for people who, for example, suffer from food intolerances or are vegan. It is made from water and oat flakes and contains no lactose, milk protein, or soy. It is also cholesterol-free and therefore helps lower cholesterol levels. However, oat milk does contain gluten. In order for oat milk to be suitable for people with celiac disease, it must be labeled gluten-free.

rice flour

Rice flour is a gluten-free flour that, as the name suggests, consists of rice grains ground into a fine flour. Its consistency is similar to that of grain flour, but significantly finer. It can be used for baking and cooking and is especially popular in Asian cuisine.
