Our ingredients

rice flour

Rice flour is a gluten-free flour that, as the name suggests, consists of rice grains ground into a fine flour. Its consistency is similar to that of grain flour, but significantly finer. It is used for baking and cooking and is especially popular in Asian cuisine.

Invert sugar

Invert sugar is frequently used in food production and usually occurs as a syrup, the starting material of which is sucrose or starch. This syrup is broken down to produce a mixture of glucose and fructose. Invert sugar is slightly sweeter than regular white sugar and no longer crystallizes.
