Our gluten-free oat and hemp bread – the superfood.

One of Isabella's favorite bread creations, which is completely yeast-free, combines two superfoods in this mild sourdough bread: oat flakes and fine, hulled hemp seeds. Not only do they provide us with plenty of protein, minerals, and fiber, they're also native to Germany and come from certified organic farming. Thus, our gluten-free oat and hemp bread is bursting with healthy goodness. By the way: All our breads and rolls are completely vegan and are produced in organic quality.

Storage tips – gluten-free oat and hemp bread

Until the best-before date, store our baked goods in their packaging, protected from sunlight and heat, at room temperature (max. 20 degrees). But plans can change, and good things should stay good. You can also freeze our baked goods first and bake them within the next three months when you have time to enjoy them again. If needed, you can pack some of the freshly sliced bread in freezer bags and freeze them.

Tips for baking

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat) or 180°C (fan oven). Place the wire rack on the middle shelf.
  2. Open the package, remove the pastry, spray with a little water, spread on the wire rack and bake in the hot oven: bread needs 15–18 minutes, for more crust up to 20 minutes; rolls and small pastries take 8–10 minutes.
  3. Remove your fragrant baked goods from the oven. Let rolls and small baked goods cool briefly. Only slice or serve bread once it's completely cooled. Now, enjoy!
