Our in-house gluten-free flour blend for pastries is simply ideal here, as it's the perfect gluten-free flour for delicious batters, sponge cakes, or shortcrust pastries. The flour blend works particularly well in vegan batters, but can easily be substituted 1:1 in all basic recipes. This way, nothing will go wrong in the future, and your coffee table will be bursting with wonderfully fragrant, gluten-free baked goods. Delicious recipe ideas can be found on our blog.
