Isabella's organic pretzel rolls are characterized by their intense flavor and golden-brown crust with a perfect crunch. The secret ingredient? Her homemade gluten-free dough, which gives each roll its fluffy, moist texture. Ideal as a snack or for breakfast—these small pretzel rolls are true all-rounders! Incidentally, all our breads and rolls are made exclusively from plant-based ingredients and meet the highest standards of organic quality.

Baking Instructions: What we produce with great dedication and care is intended to bring you the utmost enjoyment and long-lasting pleasure. The protective atmosphere in which our products are packaged also ensures this.

Baking gluten-free pretzel rolls.

Our baked goods stay fresh until the best-before date in their packaging, protected from sunlight and heat, at room temperature (max. 20 degrees Celsius). If your plans change, you can also freeze the baked goods and bake them within the next three months when you have time to enjoy them again. You can also pack some of the freshly sliced bread in freezer bags and freeze them in portions.

Tips for baking

  1. Preheat your oven to 200 °C (top/bottom heat) or 180 °C (fan oven).
  2. Place the wire rack on the middle rail.
  3. Open the package and take out the pastries.
  4. Lightly spray the pastry with water.
  5. Spread the pastries on the wire rack.
  6. Bake the pastries in the hot oven:
    • Bread needs 15-18 minutes to bake, but for a particularly crispy crust, it can take up to 20 minutes to bake.
    • Rolls and small baked goods take 8-10 minutes.
  7. Take the fragrant pastries out of the oven.
  8. Let rolls and small baked goods cool briefly.
  9. Only cut the bread into slices or pieces once it has completely cooled down.
  10. Enjoy the freshly baked pastries immediately!
