Our ingredients
Pistachios
Healthy and packed with beneficial nutrients: Pistachios are bursting with beneficial properties. The stone fruit is often eaten roasted and salted on its own, but is also popular in pastries and cakes. It not only contains a wealth of anti-inflammatory antioxidants, unsaturated fatty acids, and amino acids, but also potassium, vitamin B6, magnesium, and much more.
Marzipan paste
Marzipan paste is the precursor to marzipan and is created during the production process. It is made from two parts sweet almonds and one part sugar, the latter of which must never exceed 35%. Furthermore, the paste must contain a maximum of 17% moisture and at least 28% almond oil. Marzipan paste is often used in baking and gives pastries, cakes, and the like a very special flavor.
rice flour
Rice flour is a gluten-free flour that, as the name suggests, consists of rice grains ground into a fine flour. Its consistency is similar to that of grain flour, but significantly finer. It is used for baking and cooking and is especially popular in Asian cuisine.
Almonds
Almonds are stone fruits and therefore not nuts, as is often assumed. Nevertheless, they are in no way inferior to nuts. Almonds are also packed with nutrients, making them not only versatile but also quite healthy. It's especially good to eat almonds unpeeled, as fatty acids, vitamins, fiber, and other nutrients are primarily found in the almond skin.
Isabella cake flour
Isabella's Cake Flour is our proprietary
gluten-free flour blend for pastries. The perfect gluten-free flour for delicious batters, sponge cakes, or shortcrust pastries. This flour blend works particularly well in vegan batters, but can easily be substituted 1:1 in all basic recipes.
