Vegan Strawberry Lemon Tartlet
A very special Easter highlight: our vegan Strawberry Lemon Tartlet.
Our fruity, fresh, brand-new treat is now available in all our cake counters and scores points with its taste and plenty of springtime feelings.
A light tartlet spread with strawberry jelly and filled with a delicate frangipane is topped with a fluffy donut ring made of strawberry mousse and a delicate lemon gel center. Our fruity novelty is garnished with amaranth pops, and the finishing touch is a fresh strawberry.

Vegan, sugar-free, and gluten-free. Isabella's very own version of the Donauwelle (Danube Wave). A light and fluffy sponge cake with sour cherries, reminiscent of the Danube riverbed. Our delicious vegan vanilla cream is refined with a special chocolate cream specially developed for this cake.

How does our little cake achieve this? It's simple! With a fruity mango and passion fruit mousse, double-filled with two cores—one made from passion fruit and mango puree, and one from pure mango puree—seated on a delicate sponge base.

Does the pistachio and raspberry combo sound as good to you as it does to us?
Then pay attention and head to our cafés! Our completely vegan pistachio-raspberry tart consists of a moist base with ground pistachios, topped with a crispy layer of the finest white chocolate and pistachio paste. On top of that, you'll find a light and airy pistachio mousse with—surprise—a fruity, fresh raspberry center. Our gluten-free tart is topped with white chocolate and roasted pistachios.

A classic that absolutely shouldn't be missing from our cake selection this Easter? Of course: our carrot cake.
Moist, gluten-free, and completely free of white refined sugar, this treat impresses with its carefully selected ingredients. A base made from Isabella's cake flour, refined with grated carrots and nuts, is topped with a creamy cream cheese frosting enhanced with vanilla and a hint of lemon.
