Shelf life: at least 5 days Isabella cake flour Isabella's Cake Flour is our proprietary gluten-free flour blend for pastries. The perfect gluten-free flour for delicious batters, sponge cakes, or shortcrust pastries. This flour blend works particularly well in vegan batters, but can easily be substituted 1:1 in all basic recipes.
