Our flour mix

Our gluten-free plum crumble and many other treats are made with our cake flour, a flour blend developed by Isabella herself. Did you know that you can also order these from us, making gluten-free baking a breeze? Because we know ourselves: Baking gluten-free is often not that easy. It's all the better when there's a flour that can be used to easily and safely make a variety of different treats. Our in-house gluten-free flour blend for pastries is simply ideal here, as it's the perfect gluten-free flour for delicious batters, sponge cakes, or shortcrust pastries. The flour blend works particularly well in vegan batters, but can easily be substituted 1:1 in all basic recipes. This way, nothing will go wrong in the future, and your coffee table will be bursting with wonderfully fragrant, gluten-free baked goods.
