Isabella's organic sourdough bread is a real favorite in our bread range – mild and grain-free. Our secret? This gluten-free quinoa bread is made entirely without yeast, processed with exceptional care, and rests for more than 48 hours before baking. This is the only way to fully develop its flavor and give us what we crave: authentic bread with valuable nutrients! By the way: All our breads are completely vegan and organic.

Storage tips – gluten-free quinoa bread
Until the best-before date, store our baked goods in their packaging, protected from sunlight and heat, at room temperature (max. 20 degrees Celsius). However, plans can change, and good things should stay good. You can also freeze our baked goods first and bake them within the next three months when you have time to enjoy them again. If needed, you can pack some of the freshly sliced bread in freezer bags and freeze them.
Tips for baking
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat) or 180°C (fan oven). Place the wire rack on the middle shelf.
- Open the package, remove the baked goods, spray with a little water, spread on the wire rack, and bake in a hot oven: bread takes 15–18 minutes, for a deeper crust up to 20 minutes; rolls and small pastries take 8–10 minutes.
- Remove your fragrant baked goods from the oven. Let rolls and small baked goods cool briefly. Only slice or serve bread once it's completely cooled. Now, enjoy!
