Baking gluten-free is often not that easy. It's all the better when there's a flour that can be used to easily and safely make a variety of different treats. It doesn't have to be our gluten-free apple and caramel muffins; we have those for you. But how about other delicious cakes, pastries, and cookies?
Our in-house
gluten-free flour blend for pastries is simply ideal here, as it's the perfect gluten-free flour for delicious batters, sponge cakes, or shortcrust pastries. The flour blend works particularly well in vegan batters, but can easily be substituted 1:1 in all basic recipes. This way, nothing will go wrong in the future, and your coffee table will be bursting with wonderfully fragrant, gluten-free baked goods.

A true highlight and a classic for all ages: our gluten-free lemon cake! It's a true must-have on any coffee table and baked in a snap with our gluten-free cake flour. Have you tried it yet? No? Then you definitely should. By the way: If you're looking for variety, you can vary our recipe in many ways.
Orange cake: Replace the lemon ingredients with the same amount of orange ingredients.
Almond cake: Replace 40 g of the flour with ground almonds, lemon zest with almond flavoring and use Amaretto or water for the glaze.
Chocolate cake: Replace 25 g of the flour with baking cocoa, add 2 tablespoons of chocolate drops to taste and cover with chocolate coating.
