Our brownies and many other treats are made with our cake flour, a flour blend developed by Isabella herself. Did you know that you can also order this from us, making gluten-free baking a breeze?
Our flour is perfect for fine pastries and makes delicious batters, sponge cakes, or shortcrust pastries perfect. The flour blend works particularly well in vegan doughs, but can easily be substituted 1:1 in all basic recipes.

Rapeseed oil
Rapeseed oil is the most purchased oil in Germany, ahead of sunflower and olive oil. And not without reason, as it boasts a variety of positive properties. Rapeseed oil is the cooking oil with the lowest saturated fatty acid content. Furthermore, rapeseed oil has a good omega-6 content and is a comparatively good source of omega-3. Incidentally, rapeseed is a plant species in the genus Cabbage within the Cruciferous family.
rice flour
Rice flour is a gluten-free flour that, as the name suggests, consists of rice grains ground into a fine flour. Its consistency is similar to that of grain flour, but significantly finer. It is used for baking and cooking and is especially popular in Asian cuisine.
Walnuts
Walnuts are real immune boosters: The nuts of the walnut tree contain a wealth of nutrients such as protein, minerals, antioxidants, vitamins, and much more. They are also high in polyunsaturated fatty acids. Walnuts are great as a snack or can be used in baking and cooking. From bread to pasta to pastries—there are no limits to creativity.
