Perfect storage: our croissants
Until the best-before date, store our gluten-free baked goods in their packaging, protected from sunlight and heat, at room temperature (max. 20 degrees Celsius).
We all know: plans can change. But good things should stay good—so you can freeze our croissants for now and bake them within the next three months when you have time to indulge again.
Bake to perfection: our croissants
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat) or 180°C (fan oven). Place the wire rack on the middle shelf.
- Open the packaging, remove the croissants, spray with a little water, spread them on the wire rack and bake in the hot oven:
Bread needs 15–18 minutes, for a deeper crust up to 20 minutes; rolls and small pastries need 8–10 minutes.
- Take the fragrant pastries out of the oven and let them cool briefly. Now enjoy them quickly.

Our flour mix
Baking gluten-free is often not that easy. It's all the better when there's a flour that can be used to easily and safely make a variety of different treats.
Our in-house
gluten-free flour blend for pastries is simply ideal here, as it's the perfect gluten-free flour for delicious batters, sponge cakes, or shortcrust pastries. The flour blend works particularly well in vegan batters, but can easily be substituted 1:1 in all basic recipes. This way, nothing will go wrong in the future, and your coffee table will be bursting with wonderfully fragrant, gluten-free baked goods.
